Che dalla genialità italiana potessero nascere opere d’arte, posso dire sia normale per un popolo da sempre immerso nelle opere d’arte, un popolo molto particolare che avrebbe ricevuto dai propri antenati un’ immensa eredità espressa in un grandissimo patrimonio artistico onnipresente in ogni angolo del territorio italiano, nelle provincie,  nei piccoli paesi della nazione dello stivale. Un italiano nasce con la predisposizione all’arte con la predisposizione naturale all’ assaporare le forme artistiche, dato che questo particolare essere umano nasce in una sorta di “culla”, l’Italia, che in tutte le proprie sfaccettature è una sorta di casa artisticamente decorata nella quale l’italiano passa una vita, vive e lavora e crea. In questo modo il cittadino italiano si crea una visione, una mentalità particolare che pur non cercandola a sua insaputa cresce, si radica nel proprio cervello ma soprattutto nella sua anima che piano piano, poco a poco, diviene un particolare carattere predisposto al bello, all’arte, alle forme sinuose, ai colori, al bello in generale, all’equilibrio, alla bellezza nella propria essenza, d’altra parte il giovane italiano cresce in una “casa” artisticamente decorata frequentata da persone come lui quindi si ciba coscientemente o meno di discorsi che anche se talvolta popolari prima o poi la parola arte emerge sempre. In questo modo inizia a radicarsi nel cittadino italiano l’arte come concetto astratto ma anche come arte concreta e tutto ciò che ne fa parte pertanto quando il piccolo italiano diverrà finalmente un uomo e realizzerà qualcosa a livello artigianale od industriale, con molta probabilità produrrà di geniale di importante, imbevuto di arte, di bello, di apprezzabile di equilibrato e di grande valore, produrrà un oggetto recante intrinsecamente la firma italiana. Perchè abbiamo svelato il motivo dell’italianità? Semplice per il fatto che abbiamo cercato di fare capire i motivi per i quali un prodotto made in italy considerato l’icona delle supercar, l’auto più desiderata di tutti i tempi, la Ferrari modello GTO – 250 sarebbe stata considerata dal tribunale un’opera d’arte. Lo stupendo esemplare di Ferrari prodotto dalla “casa di Maranello” avrebbe acquisito il titolo di “opera d’arte”. Possiamo dire sia la prima volta che una vettura sia considerata un’opera d’arte pertanto sia tutelata del diritto d’autore. Non è un caso che la supercar dal cavallino rampante sia stata la vincitrice di tale titolo, si pensi che il “Moma” celebre museo della grande mela organizzò negli anni 90 una mostra con protagoniste le “rosse di Maranello” ed una vettura da competizione, l’ F1 – 90 sarebbe entrata a far parte della collezione storica. Secondo il tribunale di Bologna che avrebbe accolto un reclamo da parte della Ferrari per la tutela del design della vettura in modo da poter essere protetta dalle imitazioni, la Ferrari avrebbe fatto del modello GTO – 250 una vettura unica nel proprio genere, una vera e propria icona nel settore delle sportive di lusso e questo per la spiccata personalizzazione delle linee, per le particolari forme estetiche impresse nella GTO – 250. Il valore artistico di questo modello di Ferrari avrebbe trovato un grande riconoscimento in numerosi premi ed in attestazioni ufficiali, mostre e musei anche come scultura. Il giudice con la revoca dell’ordinanza di reclamo avrebbe inibito la diffusione del “rendering” pertanto la produzione, la commercializzazione ma anche la promozione pubblicitaria della vettura di questo particolare modello. La GTO – 250 fu realizzata dalla famosa carrozzeria Scaglietti nei mitici anni 70, prodotta solamente in trentasei esemplari, attestandosi il primato di autovettura più costosa di tutti i tempi, si pensi che l’ esemplare 3413 del 1962 fu battuta all’asta dalla famosa casa d’aste Soteby’s nell’ambito della Monterey Car Week 2018. l prezzo finale dell’asta fu nientemeno che di quarantotto milioni di dollari. Una grande vittoria per la “casa di Maranello”, per l’Italia , per l’italianità che nel mondo spopola da sempre. Ferrari GTO – 250: un’icona della bellezza allo stato puro.
