Italia: nuovo Governo, nuove “rogne” per il pentastellato Luigi Di Maio mandato sul ring internazionale  ovvero al Ministero degli esteri.  Nuovo incarico nuova  “gatta da pelare”, in questo caso  la necessità di avere a che fare con i due poli forti presenti al mondo:  Vladimir Putin e Donald Trump.  La  realtà dei fatti è questa, prima o poi con uno o con ambo i poli forti del pianeta in giovane Ministro degli esteri  dovrà scontrarsi oppure, come è sempre stata una politica tutta italiana, sarà costretto a mediare (scelta più consona) facendo da mediatore, anche se personalmente mediare con due personaggi del genere non sarà affatto facile, peggio ancora imporsi con due “pezzi da novanta” come i due leader che dettano legge sulla Terra, due personaggi dal “carattereino” molto ben definito e dalle idee splendidamente chiare che in genere non accettano imposizioni da nessuno. Le capacità di Di Maio in politica estera sinceramente non le conosco dato che il ragazzo pentastellato non ha mai diretto se non erro questo particolare ma delicato ministero. Quella che è una previsione del tutto personale è che il giovane ministro rischi di fare il “vaso di coccio fra i due vasi di ferro” anzi direi in questo caso fra i due vasi di acciaio. La “grana” è già spuntata all’orizzonte degli esteri quasi intenzionata a mettere a dura prova le capacità e l’esperienza del giovane ministro, una “gatta da pelare” davvero non da poco dato che il primo round sul ring della politica estera lo dovrà combattere con il leader russo Vladimir Putin, uno dei leader più temuti e vincitore a mia opinione di parecchi round di “pugilato politico”, un avversario navigato e di tutto rispetto, uno che certamente non si lascerà “pestare i piedi” da un qualsiasi ministro italiano peggio ancora se potenzialmente inesperto, comunque sia se dovesse cavarsela con l’orso russo dall’altro angolo lo attenderebbe l’aquila americana. Arriverà pertanto il giovane DI Maio alla fine dell’incontro? Staremo a vedere. La prima “rogna” che attende il ministro italiano ha già “bussato alla porta dell’Italia, tramite l’arresto di Alexander Korshunov il manager della società produttrice di motori ODK che in questo caso è controllata da Rostec una holding statale russa. Il fermo sarebbe avvenuto a fine agosto su richiesta del  Governo Usa che avrebbe avanzato la richiesta di fermo per spionaggio industriale. In questo momento il manager russo si troverebbe in stato d’arresto presso il carcere di Poggioreale in attesa che le autorità nazionali si esprimano e procedano alla convalida  dell’arresto ed in seguito all’avvio delle pratiche che potrebbero portarlo all’estradizione. Il manager  non è di “primo pelo” dato che avrebbe avuto in passato anche particolari incarichi diplomatici. L’accusa arrivata dallo stato dell’Ohio è di aver preso contatti con personaggi di rilievo della società Avio Aero, che si occuperebbe di industria aerospaziale, un’azienda di proprietà del gruppo americano General Electric. I contatti presi dal manager stando all’accusa avanzata dagli americani, sarebbe di essersi adoperato per capire il contenuto di alcuni progetti portati avanti dalla società americana. A detta invece dei concorrenti russi da quanto riporterebbe il quotidiano d’economia Vedomosti  gli USA accuserebbero il manager russo per il furto di alcuni documenti proprietà intelletuale dell’americana General Electric in modo da favorire un particolare programma militare che l’azienda avrebbe sviluppato, un programma mirato alla  realizzazione di un nuovo turbogetto di quinta generazione, un’ innovazione molto importante in ambito militare. Il problema di Di Maio ora titolare degli esteri è il fatto  che in merito questa questione sia intervenuto nientemeno che un  furibondo Putin puntualizzando i reiterati arresti di personalità ricercate in terra americana definendo questa una “cattiva pratica” secondo la quale ha continuato nel discorso Putin: –“Spesso non vediamo basi per tali azioni ostili. Ci sono ragioni per credere che a volte siano collegate con la concorrenza. Probabilmente ci sono alcuni casi di attività criminale ma sarebbe meglio che le nostre forze dell’ ordine collaborassero, che siglassero documenti di interstatali, accordi su cosa debba essere fatto. Alcuni di questi documenti esistono, ma in realtà non funzionano-. Per riassumere: in questo caso Putin pretenderebbe la fine dell’ estradizione negli Stati Uniti d’America mentre Trump la pretenderebbe ed in mezzo a queste due forze contrastanti c’è la piccola e debole Roma che in questo caso rischia di essere schiacciata fra i due pesi massimi. Per colui che potrebbe essere il “vaso di coccio” si preannuncia pertanto una battaglia piuttosto complicata dato che ora la nostra nazione è accusata dalla Russia per l’arresto del proprio manager e per avere rapporti eccessivamente vicini agli alleati americani ma il fattore che complica un po’ tutto è il fatto che la Russia sia considerata dall’ Italia una nazione partner di primo piano. In genere crisi analoghe a queste si trasformano per forza di cose in azioni particolarmente muscolari ed in questo caso i pugili sul ring internazionale sono davvero due esperti pesi massimi mentre il nostro “ministrino di primo pelo” dovrà avere almeno la capacità di evitare lo scontro e questo vorrebbe dire poter avere un carisma diplomatico non indifferente, dote che potrebbe permettere, al nostro giovane Di Maio ( dato che in questo caso si troverebbe in una situazione davvero poco serena)  di scivolare, con una bella passata di olio, fra i muscoli tesi dei due pugili avversari cavandosela egregiamente. Auspico che il nostro Ministro possa vincere il round non con la forza, sarebbe impensabile, ma in questo caso con la proverbiale astuzia e diplomazia italiana, portandolo dopo questa vittoria, (se vittoria sarà) a farsi onore permettendo all’Italia di mantenere il delicato ruolo che da sempre ha ovvero di essere il ponte di congiunzione fra USA e Russia ma soprattutto spero riesca a mantenere alto di conseguenza l’ onore all’Italia con una grande e definitiva “furba” azione evitando sul ring della politica un sonoro “pestaggio” oltre che possibili ritorsioni economiche che potrebbero abbattersi sulla nostra già debole economia , anche se comunque non sarà facile non scontentare i due “pugili” contendenti.
