Solo nei film di fantascienza oppure nelle storie di alieni e di lontani pianeti è possibile sognare mezzi di locomozione velocissimi, macchine volanti, treni capsula superveloci, autobus che guidano da soli in grado di essere puntualissimi e magari anche velocissimi regalando ai propri passeggeri tutti i confort possibili. Nella realtà invece, soprattutto in Italia i treni sono in genere dalla notte dei tempi in “ritardo cronico” ed alle fermate vediamo magari sotto il caldo i passeggeri furibondi, sudati, arrabbiati guardando l’orologio nella speranza di vedere il famigerato treno apparire all’orizzonte fra l’ aria tremante dalla calura estiva. A mia opinione il ritardo è una caratteristica del tutto italiana anche se forse in altri paesi extra UE potrebbero esistere treni più ritardatari dei nostri, comunque sia i treni in ritardo possiamo dire siano una specie di firma tipica del nostro paese. E’ possibile vedere vecchi film nei quali sentire gli attori parlare di treni in ritardo, pertanto si presume che questo difetto sia proprio una “caratteristica negativa” davvero dura da eliminare, almeno nella nostra balla Italia, d’altronde l’Italia è fatta così e bella com’è, dopotutto siamo sempre riusciti ad “andare avanti lo stesso” diventando uno dei paesi economicamente più importanti del mondo e naturalmente della UE. Oggi si parla tanto di alta velocità, un progetto che si starebbe portando avanti non senza difficoltà ma noto che si starebbe parlando parallelamente anche di altri progetti del settore dell’alta velocità come ad esempio dei treni ad Hyper – velocità come Hyperloop, l’ultimo ritrovato della scienza in fatto di treni Hypersonici, un treno – capsula made in USA hyper-veloce capace di raggiungere i 1200 Km orari e congiungere letteralmente la tratta Milano Bologna in soli nove minuti. Alla velocità di un aereo veloce il treno hyper-veloce a levitazione magnetica potrebbe approdare nella nostra nazione fra veramente pochi anni portando quindi l’Italia ad essere fra i primissimi paesi in UE ad avere un servizio di treni hyper – veloci sul proprio territorio, un treno a “capsula” e levitazione magnetica ideato nientemeno che da un’azienda del californiano Elon Musk Direttore fra l’altro del brand automobilistico Tesla, leader nella tecnologia avanzata legata alle vetture elettriche. Secondo quanto riportato sul giornale economico Il Sole 24 Ore i vertici della società di Los Angeles fondata dall’italiano Bipop Gresta avrebbero già incontrato gli addetti ai lavori nell’ambito della contrattazione ovvero i delegati italiani, gli esponenti del nostro Governo e delle Regioni delle zone interessate al passaggio dell’ innovativo treno e delle moderne “strade ferrate”. Entro fine anno gli incaricati di Gresta saranno in grado di presentare i risultati di uno studio per la fattibilità del progetto quindi di annunciare i percorsi che oggi restano logicamente top secret essendo il progetto ancora abbastanza nella fase embrionale. A breve il gruppo californiano incontrerà gli investitori privati e ne annuncerà i nomi, sarà una cordata di imprenditori italiani che inizieranno a finanziare il progetto del treno Hyper – veloce scommettendo su questa carta per loro vincente in una prima tratta capace di rendere Bologna e Milano super – vicine, raggiungibili in soli 9 minuti contro gli attuali 60 con i mezzi di trasporto ferroviari tradizionali, tuttavia la velocità non sarebbe l’unico vantaggio del treno. Il sistema potrà essere alimentato da energia prodotta tramite fonti assolutamente rinnovabili la capsula correndo all’interno di una sorta di grosso tubo permetterà al treno di  essere interrato oppure uscire dal suolo sostenuto da pilastri riducendo in questo modo l’impatto sul paesaggio circostante. Per quanto riguarda la carrozza sarà come accennato in precedenza una sorta di capsula realizzata in materiale ultraleggero che viaggerà a levitazione  elettromagnetica e correrà velocissima all’interno dello stesso “tubo” raggiungendo in tal modo le performance della velocità aerea. Oltre che utilizzare per la produzione di energia elettrica fonti energetiche rinnovabili  il treno sarà in grado di recuperare energia durante le frenate. Tutti questi vantaggi che Hyperloop metterà “in pista” si tradurranno per l’azienda che investirà su questo progetto, in costi di gestione più bassi considerando l’alta velocità tradizionale con un ammortamento dell’ investimento iniziale che andrebbe da soli otto a dieci anni contro il secolo delle tradizionali ferrovie. Un grande primato ed un grandissimo progetto attende quindi l’Italia, un progetto che speriamo venga al più presto attuato e possa davvero decollare portando magari a non avere, almeno sulle tratte principali i coperte da Hyperloop i tradizionali ritardi.

Potranno questi treni sostituire i vecchi convogli nelle tratte più lunghe? Potrebbe esser proprio così se il nuovo treno – capsula si rivelasse davvero conveniente e davvero capace dei risultati che sembrerebbe essere capace di offrire. Chissà che magari la nuova cinematografia parli in futuro dell’Italia nazione nella quale i treni viaggiano puntualissimi e velocissimi, dicendo che fu la prima ad adottare Hyperloop come treno Hyper – veloce sulle tratte più lunghe dello “stivale”.
