Farsi mettere in galera. Stando a quanto riportato su alcuni giornali nazionali versione online fra pochi mesi i carcerati italiani che avranno intenzione di occupare il tempo lavorando in carcere o per cooperative che avrebbero spostato una parte della produzione nei penitenziari nazionali, potranno lavorare per cinque ore lavorative ripartite in sei giorni settimanali avendo la possibilità di guadagnarsi vitto, alloggio e 1000 Euro al mese di stipendio. Quasi quasi, a conti fatti potrebbe convenire “finire dentro” guadagnando in questo caso (senza spese) circa sette euro all’ora dato l’aumento dell’83 per cento della paga ai carcerati che il Governo italiano avrebbe pensato. Praticamente il carcerato inizierebbe a percepire più o meno quanto una guardia carceraria che per arrotondare spesso si trova costretta a svolgere ore di straordinario talvolta non pagate per poter coprire i buchi in organico.carcere
Da LIBERO quotidiano.it: La differenza, sottolinea scandalizzato Donato Capece, segretario generale del Sappe (Sindacato autonomo di polizia penitenziaria) è che “gli agenti sulle spalle hanno anche mutui pesanti. È una vergogna di cui nessuno ha il coraggio di parlare”. La denuncia di questo assurdo è partita ance da un consigliere regionale lombardo del gruppo Maroni Presidente, Fabio Fanetti, che pure è d’accordo sul “tutelare i detenuti e favorire il loro recupero sociale anche attraverso il lavoro”. Ma così, forse, è troppo. Tanto che, tra l’altro, la polizia penitenziaria si è vista congelare il contratto da 10 anni ed è costretta pure a pagarsi il posto letto in caserma. “In Germania – sottolinea Capece – il detenuto che lavora prende 87 centesimi all’ora e si paga anche la corrente elettrica che usa. Noi, invece, non soltanto li ospitiamo gratis in carcere, ma gli garantiamo uno stipendio. Mentre allo Stato, ovvero a ogni italiano che paga le tasse, ogni detenuto costa al giorno circa 160 euro. Quello stesso Stato che dice di non avere soldi per noi agenti e che dà pensioni da fame a chi ha lavorato una vita. Non ha alcun senso”.
E evidente che il “paese della barzelletta” chiamato Italia non abbia affatto la voglia di cambiare direzione iniziando a lavorare su regole ovvie, logiche, regole che potrebbero risolvere almeno in parte la situazione della “barca sfondata” Italia permettendole di tornare almeno a galleggiare. Detto questo che altro posso dire? L’unica cosa che posso permettermi di fare è cercare di descrivere un assurdo potenziale ed inventato mini dialogo fra Giudice ed imputato almeno….. almeno dopo la rabbia dovuta alla notizia di questa legge, a mia opinione assurda, potremo tornare positivi con una bella risata:
Giudice: – “Dati i capi d’accusa condanno l’imputato…. ad un anno di carcere”…..
Imputato: – “In questo caso ricorrerò di nuovo al mio avvocato per l’appello, in modo da averne almeno due”…
