In Italia esiste un sistema da sempre invidiabile in merito alla sanità pubblica anche se purtroppo con il passare del tempo, con l’austerity partita dall’entrata dell’ Italia in Ue, con la crisi che già da parecchio tempo fa vedere a parecchie nazioni europee i cosiddetti “sorci verdi” ecco che il super ammortizzatore sociale della sanità pubblica sembra incrinarsi un po’ anche se tutto sommato in regioni virtuose come la Lombardia (tanto per fare un nome) le cose vanno un po’ meglio, tuttavia (e questo l’ho provato sulla mia pelle), quando si cercasse di prenotare un’ esame specialistico talvolta si è costretti a rinunciare al beneficio della mutua quindi al pagamento del tiket ridotto e quindi spesso si rende necessario rivolgersi alla sanità privata talvolta molto cara. I motivi che spingono il malato “all’estrema ratio” di rivolgersi alla sanità privata quali sono? Per prima cosa è necessario premettere che quando un cittadino decidesse di effettuare un esame specialistico è per il fatto di non essere in salute e pertanto è normale cercare di capire come star meglio, di capire la causa dei propri malanni per potersi curare, ma il motivo che spinge a rivolgersi alla sanità privata è l’eterno problema delle infinite attese, attese che ovviamente pagando spariscono quasi per magia. Nel mio caso per poter avere l’onore di fare un accertamento con sanità pubblica, avrei dovuto attendere circa sei mesi e per forza di cose sono stato costretto rivolgermi ad un medico a pagamento. Il problema più grave è che se un cittadino avesse qualcosa di impegnativo, con attese di questo genere la situazione si potrebbe aggravare maggiormente quindi lascio a voi pensare alle conseguenze del caso. Tirando le somme possiamo dire che chi avesse il privilegio di potersi permettere di pagare costose prestazioni mediche private avrebbe la possibilità di potersi curare e soprattutto prevenire le gravi conseguenze delle malattie, al contrario le persone con un basso reddito e devo ammettere che oggi purtroppo i cittadini con un basso reddito sono davvero tanti ed in crescita inesorabile. Si stima dai dati Istat che oggi 1,8 milioni di famiglie ovvero 5 milioni di italiani (circa il 10% della popolazione) sono costrette a vivere in condizioni di assoluta povertà mentre circa tre milioni in povertà relativa. Non è un caso se molti cittadini oggi non possiedano abbastanza risorse per curarsi, tuttavia oggi daremo una bella notizia, vi parleremo della “Banca delle Visite”, un progetto nato da un paio di cittadini della Regione Puglia che avrebbero creato una ONLUS per poter cercare di aiutare i propri concittadini ma divenuto un grande progetto nazionale in quanto assorbito dalla società MBA Mutua Basis Assistence Healt Italia s.p.a e la società Coopsalute. Come amano affermare gli addetti ai lavori il tutto si baserebbe su un particolare concetto, quello del “caffè sospeso” (anche se in questo caso il caffè centra davvero poco) un esempio per poter spiegare un concetto davvero importante in merito alla salute pubblica. Con la Banca delle Visite oggi chi non avesse i mezzi necessari per poter ricevere rapidi accertamenti specialistici avrà la possibilità di rivolgersi a questa organizzazione quindi avrà la possibilità di poter vedersi aprire le porte per svolgere gli accertamenti specialistici necessari per potersi curare rapidamente, senza dover attendere mesi o addirittura anni. Il solo requisito richiesto dall’ organizzazione è che l’accertamento venga prescritto dal proprio medico di base ed essere pertanto in possesso di regolare prescrizione medica avente il codice di esenzione barrato per fascia di reddito oltre che un documento che possa certificare i tempi “chilometrici” messi a disposizione dalla struttura pubblica per l’accertamento in questione (di oltre 30 giorni). Il passo successivo è davvero semplice: basta collegarsi con il sito http://www.bancadellevisite.it e registrarsi con i dati richiesti quindi il gioco è fatto. L’organizzazione sarà in grado di assicurare un contatto con il cittadino entro 5 giorni dal momento della richiesta. Il malato è anziano pertanto non ha molta affinità con internet? Nessun Problema! In questo caso sarà possibile recarsi presso i puniti messi a disposizione dall’ organizzazione che Banca delle Visite starebbe aprendo a livello nazionale. Come fa quindi l’organizzazione a sviluppare un sistema del genere? L’ organizzazione  sostiene i propri servizi con le donazioni da parte delle numerose aziende sensibili al problema della sanità pubblica chilometrica e di privati cittadini oltre che di medici che sentono la necessità di essere solidali con la persone che fanno fatica, dopotutto in una nazione dove la forbice fra ricchi e poveri sarà sempre più accentuata, se dovesse mancare il sostegno delle associazioni di volontariato e delle persone sensibili alle problematiche della società sarebbe un vero disastro. I promoters di Mutua MBA devo dire che si sono prodigati davvero tanto per poter attuare sul territorio bresciano questo particolare progetto donando tempo alla propria causa ma anche diverse amministrazioni avendone capito l’importanza avrebbero offerto la propria disponibilità per poter essere inseriti come “Comune Amico” facendo una donazione di cinquecento Euro che in seguito sarà utilizzata per offrire l’importante servizio sopracitato ai cittadini necessitanti rapidi interventi di diagnostica tramite visite specialistiche. Comunque sia anche se per Brescia gli accordi saranno “messi in calce” a breve oggi è già possibile utilizzare i servizi di Banca delle Visite tramite il sito dell’organizzazione.Banca delle Visite però ha bisogno di tutti, anche di te che magari puoi avere la possibilità di donare un po’ di serenità a qualcuno. Sei un medico? Banca delle visite necessita anche di te, dona prestazioni. Sei convinto che la solidarietà possa essere molto importante?
